Ms. Turner’s Story

Ms. Turner is a 71 year old lady who came to Maple Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center for Short-Term Rehabilitation services to address her total knee replacement. Ms. Turner made significant functional gains in all her rehabilitation goal areas, and was able to return home in less than 2 weeks. Due to the success of her Short-Term Rehabilitation, Ms. Turner chose to continue her recovery with Maple Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center as an outpatient client. In addition to her personal success, she is also the wife of one of our long term care clients.

Our Other Success Stories

Mr. D admitted to our Maple Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center after lumbar degenerative disc surgery. Mr. D made such significant functional gains within his initial 4 days at Maple Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center that he was able to return home with his spouse. Mr. D then continued his Physical Therapy as an Outpatient client for an additional 12 visits over three weeks. Both he and his spouse were so satisfied with his recovery that after Mr. D completed his stay, Mrs. D selected our facility for her Outpatient Physical Therapy 1 week after his Outpatient program completed.

Mr. N is a 58 year old gentleman that admitted to our facility with cellulitis and ankle joint disorder. Mr. N made functional gains in all his rehabilitation goal areas and was able to progress from non-weight bearing in lower extremities to walking with use of an assistive device. Mr. N returned to living at home alone with almost complete independence in all functional areas.
